What US timezone hours do you cover?
Our India engineering team overlaps with US business hours daily. From 7:30 AM Central Time (6:00 PM IST) through roughly noon Central Time, we have full team availability for live Slack, Zoom, code reviews and pairing. That gives US clients on the East and Central coasts a solid 4 to 5 hour real-time overlap window every workday. For urgent production incidents outside the overlap window, we operate an on-call rotation with 15-minute acknowledgment. Our Frisco, Texas branch handles US business-hours meetings and executive check-ins in Central Time.
Do you invoice in USD?
Yes. US clients can be invoiced in USD from either our US entity or our India entity, whichever fits your accounting and tax setup. We provide a signed W-9 for 1099 reporting when engaged as a contractor and can operate as a vendor with net-15 or net-30 terms. Wire, ACH and international bank transfer are all standard. Enterprise clients often prefer the US entity for simpler AP processing.
Can you sign a HIPAA BAA?
Yes. We sign HIPAA Business Associate Agreements for healthcare, TPA and health-tech clients. We have shipped HIPAA-aligned systems (patient portals, provider Q&A bots, claims automation) with PHI handling in AWS US East regions, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging and least-privilege access. We can complete your security questionnaire and provide our data handling documentation up front.
Do we own the code and models?
Yes. All code, model weights, prompts, fine-tuned adapters, evaluation datasets and infrastructure-as-code we produce for you is your work-for-hire IP under a US-jurisdiction MSA. It lives in your GitHub, GitLab or Azure DevOps org. When the engagement ends, you keep everything. We do not resell your data, prompts or models to anyone.
Can we visit your Frisco office?
Yes, by appointment. Our Frisco branch at 13919 Berryfield Ln, Frisco, TX 75035 is used for scheduled client meetings, executive briefings and DFW-area kickoffs. It is a smaller working office, not a client-facing showroom, so we ask for advance notice so the right team member is on-site. For clients across DFW (Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, McKinney, Allen, The Colony) we are typically a short drive away.
How do India engineering rates compare to US shops?
Typical delta is 30 to 60 percent versus a comparable US AI consultancy at the mid to senior engineer level. A senior AI engineer who would bill $180 to $250 per hour at a US shop bills roughly $70 to $110 per hour with us. Discovery, PM and account leadership can be blended through either the US or India entity depending on preference. We are not the cheapest offshore option and we do not want to be. We compete on quality, US-timezone overlap and a real US branch, not on rock-bottom rates.
What is your typical engagement duration?
Most US engagements start with a paid 1 to 2 week discovery sprint (fixed fee), followed by either a 6 to 16 week fixed-scope build or a dedicated pod on a monthly retainer. Managed AI operations engagements are ongoing monthly with a 3-month minimum. Our average US client relationship runs 2 to 4 years, and several clients started with a small chatbot pilot and grew into full AI platform ownership.
