VIP Coupons & QR Passes

Generate batches of single-use VIP coupon codes for sponsors, board, or premium guests. Every confirmed registration produces a 900×400 pass image with embedded QR code — emailed instantly and downloadable from the confirmation page.

Mobile Scanner Check-In

Any volunteer with a phone and a browser becomes a check-in counter. Camera scans the attendee's QR, system confirms identity, prevents double check-in, and updates the live dashboard. Manual lookup fallback for tricky QRs.
