Decipher is Now ISO 9001:2015 Certified

We are delighted to have been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification, an internationally recognised standard that ensures that our products and services meet the needs of our clients through an effective quality management system.

We have developed and implemented our quality management system in order to improve the overall performance, maintain a high-level of quality and strong customer service and to provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives.

To become ISO 9001 certified, Decipher consultancy was audited rigorously in evaluation processes that included quality management system development and implementation, documentation review of the management system, and more. Decipher become ISO certified on 4th September 2021 after audit and assessment being successful and no major non-conformances were identified.
